Terms and Conditions By purchasing an item via the internet at: www.springfieldmusicstore.com or www.swarthmoremusicstore.com these terms and conditions apply to all of your online purchases at one of these websites. These terms can not be altered or amended by you with any other document or another order entered which is subject to additional terms and conditions will be null and void, unless written authorization is signed by you and Springfield Music or Swarthmore Music.
Pricing
New Items Our pricing for new items is a discounted price based of the Manufacturers list price, which is a guide by which retailers determine the retail price. We do not typically sell merchandise at the list price and base our prices by a standard that is widely used by retailers. We consider our prices to be very competitive and will match any price set by our competitors. (proof of a lower price must be provided in order for us to match prices)
Used Items Our pricing for used items is determined by the condition of the item, the make and model and any other costs that would factor into the pricing of a used item. We use various resources as a guide into the pricing of a used item and the price of a used item will vary from time to time depending on the trend in pricing for that particular item. We do not offer the price match guarantee on our used items.
B-stock or Factory 2nd items B-stock or Factory 2nd items are items that have been returned to the manufacturer and then inspected, quality checked and then made available for purchase at a discount price. B-stock items may have cosmetic flaws and or missing the original manufacturer’s packaging. Most B-stock items will come with a full factory warranty and will be notated in the products description at time of sale. The price for a B-stock or factory 2nd is determined by various factors and is subject to change. We do not offer a price match guarantee on B-stock or factory 2nd items.
The pricing of our items for sale on the website are subject to change without notice and will be reflected in the listing of the item.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping New items are subject to availability and the shipping of a particular item may be delayed depending on its availability at the store or its manufacturer. From time to time a used item will sell at either of the store locations before the item can be taken off of the website for purchase and may not be available after the item has been ordered from the website. We suggest contacting us via email: Springfieldmusicstore@yahoo.com or albiento@aol.com or by telephone at: 610-543-2244 or 610-328-2464. Items that are in stock at time of purchase will usually ship within 24-48 hours from time of purchase. The stores operates Mondays through Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be carried over to the following business day (Monday) for fulfillment and shipping. In the case of a holiday, orders may be delayed an additional 24-48 hours. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed at the time of order placement and shipping the standard shipping method is ground shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional fee and shipping quotes can be provided before order is placed by contacting us via phone or email.
Payment If the item is ordered via the website, payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and electronic check. Orders will be processed and fulfilled once payment has been received and processed. We do accept any major credit card payment via phone and money order or cashiers check via mail. We do not accept personal checks for payment of an item. Payment via money order or cashiers check is subject to a 5-10 business day hold until the payment has been received and processed.
Sales Tax A 6% sales taxes will be applied to Pennsylvania residence. The tax will be applied to the total item purchase amount.
30 day 100% satisfaction guaranteed You have 30 days from the point of purchase to return an item if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee an item against defect and will refund or replace an item if warranted. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any item that is returned and not returned in the same condition or packaging as it was originally shipped, the buyer is subject to a re-stocking fee that will be determined by the original price of the item and the condition it was returned in. Applicable Law—Resale or Export You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own personal use only, and not for resale or export.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or federal court in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
